The HART Awards (Helping Achieve Reconciliation Together), launched in 2014, recognise initiatives by local governments and community organisations that are advancing reconciliation in Victoria. Reconciliation Victoria and the Victorian Local Governance Association work in partnership to present the awards. You can support the HART Awards by nominating a local initiative and by telling others about the amazing work of HART Awards Finalists.
