Rec Vic welcomes First Nations staff members

Reconciliation Victoria are thrilled to welcome two First Nations staff members in July 2022.

We warmly welcome Jo Drummond and Claire Hyett.

Jo Drummond is a proud Murri from Yirandali Country and mum of six! Jo brings experience across public and private sectors, in project management and stakeholder engagement, which has given her insight on how to successfully connect stakeholders with common outcomes.

Jo is passionate about working with and for Community, in promoting truth-telling, respect, and self-determination.

Claire Hyett is a proud Gunaikurnai woman. She has recently completed a degree in Global Studies, with a focus on Human Rights; and Indigenous Cultures and Histories.

Claire joined the team earlier this year as a volunteer and is excited to be taking on the role of Project Support Officer.
