Statewide Reconciliation Forums

Reconciliation Victoria organises statewide reconciliation forums each year. These are open to anyone who has an interest in progressing meaningful reconciliation in Victoria - all welcome!

We try to vary the themes, locations and speakers for each forum, with one residential forum in a regional location each year, plus two one-day forums in a metro Melbourne location. One of these metro Melbourne forums is combined with our Annual General Meeting.

Upcoming Forum

Reconciliation Victoria invites you to our LRG Statewide Forum for 2024, Saturday 5 October 10:45am-2pm.

This will be an opportunity to bring together the 30+ Local Reconciliation Groups (LRGs) across Victoria, share updates, and learn from each other. Join us in a collaborative forum focused on the LRG network, the reconciliation movement post-referendum, and key actions as Victoria moves forward in Treaty and truth-telling. You will also hear updates on Reconciliation Victoria from Co-Chair Professor Andrew Gunstone, CEO Alistair King and staff. The Master of Ceremony for this forum will be Uncle Charles Pakana, Founder and Editor of Victorian Aboriginal News.
